NANA CREATOR STUDIO · LEGAL
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 2, 2026
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your purchase and use of Nana Creator Studio (the "Software"), a desktop application for Mac and Windows made by Nana's Home Edit LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). By buying, downloading, installing or using the Software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not buy or use the Software.
2. Ordering, payment and our reseller
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms, which you will see at checkout.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Paddle calculates and collects any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies in your location at checkout. Nana Creator Studio is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Introductory prices, such as the Founders Price, are available only while the offer lasts.
3. Your license
The Software is licensed, not sold. When you buy it, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one person to install and use the Software on up to two (2) computers that you own or control, for your own personal or business use.
You may not: sell, rent, share, sublicense or give away the Software or your license key; let other people use your license; copy the Software except to install it as allowed above; reverse engineer, decompile or modify the Software, except where the law expressly allows it; remove or bypass license checks or copyright notices; or use the Software for anything unlawful.
4. Updates and changes
Your purchase includes free updates for the major version you buy — for example, if you buy version 6, you receive all version 6.x updates through the app at no extra cost. Future major versions (such as version 7) may be offered as a separate, optional paid upgrade; the version you bought keeps working either way. Updates are covered by these Terms. We may add, change or remove features over time, and we are not obligated to release updates or new versions on any schedule, or to provide support indefinitely.
5. Your content and your data
You own the content you create and store with the Software. Your projects, media and records are saved on your own computer; we do not host or have access to them. You are responsible for keeping your own backups, and for making sure you have the rights to the videos, photos, music, product information and other material you use or publish.
6. Third-party services
Some optional features connect to services run by other companies, such as OpenAI for AI writing, transcription and image reading. To use them you need your own account and API key with that company. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies, and any fees they charge are between you and them. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability or the results they produce. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated text before you use it and for following the rules of the platforms where you publish, including advertising and affiliate disclosure rules.
7. Refunds
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
8. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will produce any particular business, sales or income results.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability for any claim related to the Software is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
10. Ending your license
Your license lasts until it ends. It ends automatically if you break these Terms, or if you receive a refund. When it ends, you must stop using the Software and uninstall it.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes do not affect purchases made before the change, unless the law requires it.
